Bobby's Collection of Poems
This year was a new and different experience for me. I was away from my family and friends for the first time and it was difficult to make the transition. Now that the school year is moving on, I feel like I'm adjusting more and college life isn't as bad as I originally thought, although the school work is still really tough. Most of you know how much I hate school, and a couple of you knew I wrote some poems. I was really embarrassed about my writing, but now I don't care what everybody thinks. After my parents ambanded me here in Milwaukee, I had a lot of extra time on my hands so I sat down and wrote a couple of poems. Yes, you heard me correctly, I wrote some poems. They're not really good, but I guess they're still called poems. It's my first time writing, so please don't be too cruel. The only stuff I could write about is the stuff that I know, life and experiences. Most of the poems are meant to be funny, but they're a couple that are supposed to be serious. They're listed in the order I wrote them. Anyways, I hope you enjoy them.
